Dear Bhuvan, I have overlaid one of my study area KML file into Bhuvan 2D, the transparency is not much to see the bellow data(satellite image, map or hybrid). My request it to make it outline and give permission to make it thick or thin to the user. So I can see the maps bellow also. thanks
