RE ERROR WHILE ADDING WMS URL IN QGIS

I am having issues with - while trying to add a wms layer in qgis-

Bhuvan-Thematic Services facilitate the users to select, browse and query the Thematic Datasets from this portal.

Users can consume these Thematic Datasets and integrate into their systems as OGC Web Services

For QGIS, uDig, ArcGIS and Other Users

I am getting error message as-

Download of capabilities failed: Host not found
