Problem in downloading LISS 3 image

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a research scholar and working on LULC classification using LISS 3 image of varanasi district of UP. I need LISS 3 image of date 23 Feb 2012 of this area.
But when i am downloading the image a msg "File does not exist. Make sure you specified correct file name" appears.
I am unable to download the images. Will you please tell me how to download satellite image of above mentioned date.

Please check port 8008 is enabled in your network. Alternatively try downloading from a system which is outside firewall.

Please provide the tile-id (toposheet no.) if you are still unable to download the same.
