I am also getting this error of network server. I cannot download any data related to DEM and any spectral related. Can you please help and guide us in doing that.

You may need to open the port no 8008 for downloading the data in your network. Could you try to download the same in public/home network. It will happen without any problem.
Let us know if you still have problem downloading the data from NOEDA. Please attach a snapshot of the error here.
