I wanted to download DEM fil for an area having
latitudes[Degree Minutes Second] 12 44 37N to 13 2 31N and longitudes[Degree Minutes Second] 77 23 14E to 77 34 59E
Is there any way to enter longitute&latitude in Degree Minutes Second format to dowload DEM

At the moment you can provide latitude longitude in degrees only. The tiles are available as 1 degree by 1 degree. You can download the same and later clip it for your area of interest.
