Problem in downloading aerosol data from OceanSat-2

Dear Bhuvan,
I was trying to download aerosol data from OceanSat-2 satellite data while i faced the following issues attached as image file. While radiance, chlorophyll mapped, sediment mapped can be easily downloaded i could not download aerosol data. Please suggest me a solution.
