Following data sets are available for downlaod

• Resourcesat-1:Ortho:AWiFS data:56m of 2008, 2009, 2010
  Resourcesat-1:Ortho:LISS III data: 24m of 2009
  Cartosat-1:DEM:1 arc second
  Geophysical Product : Vegetation Fraction : OCM2
  Geophysical Product : NDVI : OCM2

Its indeed a great news that we have a high resolution DEM.
I need the DEM for South Andaman, Port Blair and Feragunj theshil. which is not available in the portal.
I'm desperately in need of it since, its my study area. so pls let me know how to procure it.

I request Bhuvan to provide administrative boundaries of India for public use. This helps many academic, private and public organisations for better visualization and other aspects.

Administrative boundary are from Survey of India. You may contact them for using in your application.

I'm too looking for administrative boundary informaiton (Geo JSON / KML / Shape files) even if they are not regularly updated

Administrative Boundaries are only available for visualization through Bhuvan.
You may please contact Survey of India for Admin boundaries.
