LISS III image not downloaded correctly

Hi,

I downloaded the data for the Tile No:C43K13 and dataset - L3_SAT_8B_v1_76.75E10.75N_C43K13 _20jan12. When I open the image (all four bands image), it shows completely black colour. But when i tried with aug month image data, it works correctly. (but more clouds in the image). Can you help me in this regards.

I am attaching the screen shot of that image for your reference.

I also try to open this file in QGIS. same response

Help me in this regards.
