LULC (1:50K) for the year 2015-16 availablity

Respected Sir,
I am looking for LULC (1:50K) for the year 2015-16 for Raipur region and want to consume it as a WMS layer in QGIS.
Your guidance would be appreciated.

It is available only for 2 time periods. 2005-06 and 2011-2012.

I am a M.tech student doing my dissertation on land use and land cover of krishna district, Andhra Pradesh please guide me where to download LULC shape files or scale of the map having 1:50,000.

1:50K is not available for download. It is only available as a web service.
However 1:250K is available for download.
