How to asign Lat. long. for downloading maps

Dear Sir,

I want to download drainage map of my study area having three toposheets EM44M4, EM44M14, EM44M15 and EM44N4 having lat. 17 degree 10 minutes 0 second to 17 degree 25 minutes 0 second, long. 78 degree 40 minutes 0 second to 79 degree 10 minutes 0 second.

I am not able to do it so please guide me to do it.

Drainage map is not available for download.
However Digital elevation model is available for download. you can give bounding box to select the desired tiles -
