Can I use cartosat satellite data?

Hi!
I would like to trace some rivers, lakes, and towns from the Buvan Cartosat satellite image data, for use in a map. The map would be distributed freely under a Creative Commons license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/). Is this acceptable under the terms of the Bhuvan Open Data Archive? Are there any licensing restrictions on the Bhuvan data?

That Cartosat Satellite Data is use for Research and Study data....so bhuvan data is use for study purpose not any license is dependent for that data
