Hi,
I would like to know that is it possible to download a land use land cover layer from Bhuvan website and use it in ArcGIS. Specifically looking for Northeast India region.
Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

you cannot download LULC layer but you can add these layers as WMS service in ArcGIS.
use 'Web Services' option of http://bhuvan.nrsc.gov.in/gis to get the WMS/WMTS URL.
Example : For Arunachal Pradesh Web Map Service (WMS) URL is -
URL - "http://bhuvan5.nrsc.gov.in/bhuvan/wms"
version - 1.1.1
layer - "vector:AR_LULC50K_0506"
matrixSet- "EPSG:4326"
layerExtent :91.605,26.656,97.415,29.376
format: "image/png"
use 'Web Services' option of http://bhuvan.nrsc.gov.in/gis to get the WMS/WMTS URL.
