Adding 3D Models by User community

Is there any option to upload 3D Models (gltf , associated with XYZ and scale) by user community?
Just curious to know whether we can access Cartosat DEM instead of STK Terrain as backdrop.
Any plans to Offers high resolution DTM (2m grid) as background terrain for Bhuvan3D (with some premium payable)?

Thanks for your interest in uploading 3D models. We are in process of evaluating the "upload module". It will be available to the public after sometime.

CartoDem is available for download through Data Archive and not available as a service currently.

Bhuvan is showcasing imageries/terrain in public domain as per Remote Sensing Data Policy. No premium version available as of now.
