how to edit a shape file in bhuvan which is added by users

Your added shapefile will appear on the left hand side panel under 'My Layers'. Double-clicking on the particular layer name takes you to that layer.

file is not comming in 'My Layers'

if the file is successfully added it will appear in the left side panel. Probable reason for not coming may be -
"Invalid file error" - to resolve the same add bhuvan as your trusted site in your browser settings option.

Alternatively try adding the shapefile (in the form of a zipped folder containing .shp,.prj,.shx,.dbf) in Bhuvan 2D. Now Bhuvan 2D also supports adding of shapefiles.

user added shape file is not editable, its only for visualization.

I have added three different layers(shape files) in BHUVAN 3D now these three layers are different classes so i need each layer with different colors, in bhuvan 3d all the points in the shape file are in red color. how can i get different colors for different shape files?

Currently styling of User added shapefile is not provided in Bhuvan 3D. You can explore Bhuvan suvidha (http://bhuvan-suvidha.nrsc.gov.in/) if that serves the purpose. Or post your requirement in Bhuvan wish-list.
