regardint importing of shapefiles into ArcGIS

i tried to import a shape file from bhuvan to arcgis but it dint seem to work ......... could u tell the reason.......

Usually the shapefile downloaded from bhuvan is in GCS with WGS84 datum. Could you elaborate what is the error you are getting while opening the same in ArcGIS?
