Regarding adding contents

I have tried to create personal maps. I have uploaded file in CSV format which contains coordinates & names of places. After uploading file, I gets prompt "Click Terrain". Even after clicking terrain, I am not able to plot my map.

Which application are you using? Please explain in detail. A snapshot of the error will help to resolve it. Basically GIS viewer http://bhuvan.nrsc.gov.in/gisviewer/ will allow you to plot your map by uploading CSV.
