Hello Team Bhuvan,
While exploring Bhuvan 3D, I found that when I zoom more it shows previous satellite data and when I zoom back it shows latest data(not sure if it is latest or not but that data is matches the current data mean places shown in images are similar to current one).
Please see attached screenshots for the reference.
