Not save online upload layer on bhuvan 2D

Respected Sir/Mam,
I used Bhuvan 2D to add my GIS map layer zip file such as (.shp,.prj,.dbf .shx) but one problem is not save my layer toward my work end. so, i re login your site but all layers are missing in user add layer. so, How i resolved such problem?
Help me as early as possible.
