Why our map quality is very poor? or it is my system problem? any updation will come in feature?

Please share your AOI /Latitude longitude where poor quality map is observed. Also provide a snapshot to further analyse.

IN 2D I HAVE UPLOADED A KML FILE AS A LAYER [TOOL]. BUT THE LAYER IS NOT TRANSPARENT WITH THE BASE MAP. PLEASE SUGGEST

you need to modify the style tag in KML file to get desired results. for example -
<PolyStyle>
<color>097f7fff</color>
<fill>1</fill>
<outline>1</outline>
</PolyStyle>
