Issue in accessing WFS service

I am trying to access Bhuvan WFS services from QGIS.
I am able to browse the catalog and select the service, But as soon as select and apply.
it asks for credentials to login "Realm GeoServer Realm at bhuvan5.nrsc.gov.in"

Where in i give my Bhuvan login credentials.

with this it doesn't allow me, not understanding why it is?
Does WFS has to be with any other credentials?

WFS service is not made accessible to the users. You can only access WMS service without any credentials.

If no access is provided to WFS, NRSC can at least make India Admin Boundaries accessible via shapefile download. India Boundary in Open domain is totally wrong. Can anybody share an authentic source of district level/ tehsil level boundaries?

Admin boundaries are available only for visualisation. Providing WMS/WFS/shapefile download for Bhuvan datasets are as per policy.
