Integrate Bhuvan 2D map on Android.

My main question is how to do it?
I want to use it as a map where I can see roads, cities, and building labels.
Information given by you will be very helpful to me.

You can integrate it as a Web Service (WMS).

Which URL should be used for this WMS?
I have tried followings:
http://bhuvan5.nrsc.gov.in/bhuvan/gwc/service/wmts/
http://bhuvan5.nrsc.gov.in/bhuvan/wms

But both only give some geological feature of a state. For example, one layer gives only canal network of Gujarat.
I need all the state with their cities, roads, labels, and other information.
Can you please help me in that regard?
