you can use any API which consumes OGC WMS services and take Bhuvan data as WMS.

It's so sad that I, an Indian citizen, have to pay for getting these images to train models, even though the space program was funded by my tax.

you can explore Bhuvan Data Archive to download data for free. Data dissemination is as per RSDP policy.
