Can i add shape file to the bhuvan mapper

I want to view my shape file on the bhuvan mapper and then later i want to edit the shapes on the mapper by using edit tool then want to save on it? Is it possible ?

Using Online Mapper user can create features and download as shapefile. Right now there is no option for adding shapefiles and editing.
