Require Bhuvan to be Linux compatible

It is sad to see that inspite of so much being done by Bhuvan, it still caters only to Windows users. Making it complatible to Linux users will allow a huge number of users to be added, who at present rely only on Google Maps.

at present, except Bhuvan 3d Globe all other bhuvan apps ( 2D, Open data archive, thematic services) are compatible with linux.
