PMGSY

Bhuvan supporting Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) under the Ministry of Rural Development conceptualized with the broad objective of sustainable poverty reduction in rural areas and provide access by way of single all-weather road. Bhuvan-PMGSY Geoportal provides visualization of road, start/end points, geotagged photo locations.

Housing for All - Phase 2

Bhuvan extended support to HFA (PMAY) Phase-2 Application with enriched Tools and Utilities supporting geotagging of the Houses at different stages of constructions. Housing for All mission for urban areas will provide central assistance to implementing agencies through State/UTs for providing houses to all eligible beneficiaries by 2021.

Tripura Bhuvan

Application provides unique mobile app on Android facilitates the user to do plantation mapping and web modules enables the moderator to do the validation of boundary captured. Visualization also includes the admin layers such as beat and district boundary besides the natural resources layers like LULC and Wasteland.

Geographical Indications

Geospatial viewer having more than 300 Geographical Indication (GI) locations with 9 categories to visualize along with Geographical boundary - district highlight, filter based on categories and GI. Each GI locations also having the details like photographs, Logo, state and district names and link to Intellectual Property of India website.

Telangana Fisheries

Application released supporting Department of Fisheries, Government of Telangana for geotagging all the Water Bodies of Telangana by Field level users using Android App. Visualization and Moderation of all geo-tagged Water Bodies at 2 Levels.

Sujala-3

Application provides support for Monitoring & Evaluation of the development activities which take place in watershed for Karnataka. Web GIS portal helps for online assessments of impacts through thematic services visualization and Smart phone based field data collection.

2018 - Satellite Data

High Resolution (1m) Data of 2018 is now available on Bhuvan with more than 80% of coverage and it can be visualized through More option

Open Data Archive

Addition of 2018 AWiFS and LISS III Datasets for download in NRSC Open EO Data Archive.

Thematic Services

Enhanced Thematic Services with new datasets of Land Degradation:50K (2005-06, 2015-16) and Wasteland:50K (2015-16).

Disaster Services

Support to NIVAR Cyclone through provisioning Cyclone Track, Possible Severity Zones, Inundation and Flood layers for Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.
Aggregate Flood Layers for 6 states - Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.
