Accurate estimation of evapotranspiration (ET) is essential for efficient crop water management, drought assessment and irrigation scheduling. Actual Evapotranspiration (AET)-750m daily product is now available for download from the portal. Note : Download limit is removed and unlimited downloads are available for all the products.

Bhuvan Thematic Services has been updated with Land Use Land Cover 10K SISDP Phase 2 Data of 2018-2023 for 14 states. The datasets for the available states can be requested for download using the "Get Data" module in Thematic services for research and academic purposes.

Satellite Data Updates

AWiFS (56m) Data acquired during month of 2023 (May-June), 2019 (Jan-Nov), 2018 (Feb-May, Sep-Dec), 2017 (Jan-May, Nov-Dec), 2016 (Jan-Oct), 2015 (Apr, Oct, Dec), 2014 (Apr, Oct, Dec) are now available on Bhuvan. LISS III (24m) Data acquired during the Rabi, Kharif and Zaid from 2014 to 2019 and second quarter of 2023 are now available on Bhuvan 2D. High Resolution Data of 25cm, 50cm and 1m of certain areas has been updated in Bhuvan.

Bhuvan WDC 2.0

Bhuvan Watershed Development Component 2.0 is a collaborative effort between the Department of Land Resources (DoLR), National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC) and state level nodal agencies. MoU is signed to monitor the development of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY – WDC 2.0) projects using geospatial technologies.
