Choropleth Map creation using GIS VIEWER

This Application facilitate user to create maps from Text Files. Users can generate Choropleth maps based on modified Equal interval classification and Unique values by providing census 2011 code or Name. Point maps can be generated by providing longitude and latitude values.

Choropleth Maps Generation from Text File

• Maps can be generated for State, District by providing Census 2011 code or Name
• Templates are provided for download and add the data to it
• Sample files are provided to explore the options
• Upload Text file – based on Column Headers and Delimiters(,:,|)
• Facility to download unmatched entries if any found
• Displaying dropdown list with column names of uploaded file along with min and max values for numeric columns
• Modified Equal Range classification for Numeric type columns and Unique values for Text type columns. As of now unique values method will work for 100 distinct values for selected attribute
• Facility to select Multipart color ramp or start,end color values along with number of classes for the classification
• Edit –Range and color values for generated theme/choropleth map
• Opacity ,Remove layer, Legend and Edit-Range options are provided for each generated theme
• Attribute information on mouse hover of the generated theme
• Facility to Remove uploaded file related information
• Facility to make layer visibility top by off and on check box.
• Facility to print the generated the choropleth map/layer

Point Map from Text File

• Map can be generated by providing longitude and latitude values
• Upload Text file – based on Column Headers and Delimiters(,:,|)
• Remove option for each added layer/point map
• Attribute information on mouse hover on generated layer
• Sample files are provided to explore the options
