Give your Knowledge to bhuvan through Bhuvan Mapper
Digitize two features for each point/line/Area for your place
Step1 Click on My Map under - create a map/GIS option
Step2 Digitize your area of interest-ex your city, college etc.
Step3 Give attributes to digitized features
Step4 Click on "save " option
